Bill Schauman

Bill Schauman is a partner with Schauman & Hubins. He practices law in a variety of fields, with an emphasis in personal injury. Mr. Schauman’s personal injury experience includes representing injured cyclists, motorcyclists, car accident victims, pedestrian versus auto, wrongful death, multi-vehicle accidents, construction site injuries, and victims of medical malpractice. Mr. Schauman has knowledge and trial experience representing employees in wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, class action litigation, and discrimination and harassment matters.

Mr. Schauman previously interned at the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Orange County before re-locating to the Bay Area. He is licensed to practice before all California state and federal courts, and has represented employees and employers before various administrative agencies. 

Mr. Schauman enjoys coaching youth soccer, basketball, and cross-country running.  He is also an avid snowboarder and surfer.


Jeff Hubins
Serving California since 2002

Jeff Hubins is a partner with Schauman & Hubins. Mr. Hubins was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002. He practices personal injury, civil rights and employment law. He has a wide variety of experience and has represented both employees and employers in employment matters. Mr. Hubins has represented public entities, small and large private and public companies, and has extensive experience with class action, complex and single party litigation. Mr. Hubins handles matters in all California state and federal courts, and before various administrative agencies.

While in law school, Mr. Hubins served as an editor for the Whittier Law School Law Review, and is a twice published law review author. Mr. Hubins’s previous employment experience includes employment with Alameda County Counsel and Operating Engineers Local 3.

Mr. Hubins’s professional affiliations include: Alameda County Bar Association; California Employment Lawyer’s Association; Consumer Attorneys of California; Contra Costa County Bar Association; Contra Costa County Trial Lawyer’s Association; San Francisco Trial Lawyer’s Association; and Trial Lawyer’s College. Mr. Hubins also served for two terms as a board member for the Alameda County Bar Association’s lawyer referral program.

Mr. Hubins is an avid golfer and enjoys coaching youth lacrosse for the Diablo Scorpions.
